چکیده
Chenopodiaceae is a large, diverse and cosmopolitan family within the order Carophyllales. The majority of species are adapted to saline, hypersaline, xerophytic xerohalophytic communities or ruderal habitats. stenopolinous pollen grains monad exclusively polypantoporate with tiny spinules on both tectum operculum. Pollen morphology six genera (Seidlitzia, Atriplex, Bassia, Salsola, Krascheninnikovia Spinacia) have been studied in details. These plant were collected from different phytogeographical regions Iran. palynological investigation was done using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. characters this study include pore diameters, number density apertures, interporal distance (chord), chord/pollen diameter ratio, diameter/pollen ratio as well spinule We used multivariate statistical methods reveal relationships. Ward clustering analyses check out relationship among species. shapes radially symmetrical, isopolar, pantopolyporate spheroidal. Their exine structure similar. In Chenopodiaceae, three types defined, mainly basis grain size, number, microechinae membrane, spinules, edge shape.

Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) analysis and biological control of Ixodes ricinus using entomopathogenic fungi
In the present study, pathogenicity of four native strains of Entomopathogenic fungus; Metarhizium anisopliae, was studied against adult stage of Ixodes ricinus. For this purpose a total number of 180 adult ticks were examined in triplicate. Thirty ticks for each strain and negative and positive controls were immersed in 2.4×107 fungal conidia/ml in vitro. Samples were incubated in separate Pet...
متن کاملScanning Electron Microscopy with Polarization Analysis (sempa) and Its Applications
Scanning Electron Microscopy with Polarization Analysis (SEMPA) is a technique for directly imaging the magnetic microstructure of surfaces and thin films. SEMPA relies on the fact that secondary electrons emitted from a magnetic sample in a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) have a spin polarization which reflects the net spin density in the material. This spin density, in turn, is directly re...

متن کاملpreliminary study of in vivo formed dental plaque using confocal microscopy and scanning electron microscopy
objective: confocal laser scanning microscopy (clsm) is relatively a new light microscopical imaging technique with a wide range of applications in biological sciences. primary value of clsm for the biologist is its ability to provide optical sections from three-dimensional specimen. the present study was designed to assess the thickness content of in vivo accumulated dental plaque using clsm a...
متن کاملComparison of Tubular Penetration of AH26, EasySeal, and SureSeal Root Canal Sealers in Single-Rooted Teeth Using Scanning Electron Microscopy
Background and Aim: Tubular penetration of root canal sealers prevents filling material displacement and overgrowth of microorganisms in dentinal tubules. The aim of this study was to compare the tubular penetration of AH26, EasySeal, and SureSeal sealers in single-rooted teeth using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Materials and Methods: Fifty human single-rooted teeth were included in thi...
